My Story:
Welcome to Simply Sweet Gluten Free Bakery! My name is Nikki, and I am the proud owner of this home bakery. I am passionate about providing delicious gluten-free treats to my family and my customers.
My journey to gluten-free baking began in 2012 when my daughter was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. At the time, I had no idea how much our lives would change, but I was determined to create delicious gluten-free baked goods that our family could enjoy.
Over the years, I have spent countless hours in the kitchen testing and perfecting recipes. I have tried numerous ingredients and techniques to ensure that my treats are not only gluten-free but also taste just as good, if not better, than their gluten-filled counterparts. After years of perfecting my recipes, I am confident that you will love my gluten-free treats as much as we do.
Starting this business has been a dream of mine for several years. However, it wasn't until several friends and family members encouraged me that I finally got the courage to step out in faith and pursue my passion. I am grateful for their support and encouragement, and I am excited to share my love of baking with all of you.
Baking is not just a job for me; it's my passion. I love the smell of fresh-baked goods and the joy it brings to people's faces when they take their first bite. My menu includes a variety of treats, from classic cookies and cupcakes to sweet breads and cinnamon rolls. All of my products are made from high-quality gluten-free ingredients, and I take great care to ensure that my kitchen is free from cross-contamination.
Most of my items are also soy free and I offer some vegan and dairy-free options as well. My hope is for everyone to to have the opportunity to enjoy my baked goods regardless of their dietary restrictions. If you have any other dietary restrictions I may be able to accommodate them, so don’t hesitate to ask!
My baked goods can be found weekly at the Deep Creek Farm Stand and Homestead Produce, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, but you can also place a direct order for delivery or pick up in downtown, Bonners Ferry. This is a new venture for me so keep an eye out for new items being launched often!
I usually need a minimum of 72 hours notice for most direct orders, but if you fill out the form to contact me I can give you a better estimate of my current turnaround time.
